Vampiric Angel of Death

Dazrena's past is much like herself, shrouded in darkness and mystery. What is known is that Dazrena has practiced the dark arts of necromancy since childhood. Her mind is twisted and warped from the death she was exposed to as a child. She is uncovering her past currently in Nefaria's Revenge and has thus far discovered that she and Nefaria somehow share certain ties.

Dazrena has kept an open mind to other races with the exception of halflings and high elves. There are few who have worth among those, in her opinion. One of notable repute is Jharis. A high elf sorcerer of great power. Dazrena isn't sure if he has proven himself to her... or if he is just too powerful to defeat at this time...

While still young in her adventuring life, Dazrena met several people who would become important in her life while "soul searching" in East Karana. Slar Demorte, a necromancer much more powerful than herself. She looked up to him and has since attempted to master the dark arts as he has.

During her deforestation days in southern Karana, Dazrena met a young dark elf named Deamentia K`Tianna. The two became friends rather quickly and Dazrena eventually shared Deamentia's last name since she felt closer to her than she had anyone else before. A powerful enchantress, Deamentia's influencing spells can turn a nasty situation into a walk in the countryside.

Shandryll Spiritwind, a druidess of Tunare. Shadows cannot exist without light, and much like Shadows and light, Shandryll's powers complimented Dazrena's exceedingly well and has proven to be a great and powerful ally for the hunt. Not quite certain why, but Dazrena felt as if she had met Shandryll somewhere before.

Lastly, she met Shandryll's disghusting lover, Kenzo Nagasari. A monk of the Ashen Order, sworn enemy of the Dark-elves. Dazrena had to repress the urge to rip his soul from his chest when she met him. And the desire was stronger with him than monks she'd met before. There was something about him that disturbed her more than she could understand...

The seasons to come will shed much light on Dazrena's history as she is constantly searching for the truth behind her past and why she feels connected to Nefaria. Of all that is known, and all that is to come, however, one thing is certain: She is darkness.
